As a rule of thumb, supplements are a great boost if your pet has been a bit under-the-weather, struggling with digestion, displaying symptoms of anxiety, struggling with age-related issues (such as joint pain) or lacking in condition... but on the whole, feeding a raw and complete diet should provide your pet with everything they need to feel happy and healthy. You just need to determine what suits them as an individual.
